We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or opened products.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order at:

- Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
Lost Shipments
If your package is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, or if your shipment is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date.
After verification with the carrier, we will arrange a replacement shipment.
